HKIAC Virtual Hearing Services: User experience and advice

Hear from Christopher Moger QC, arbitrator at 4 Pump Court on his experience of HKIAC virtual hearing services and his advice.To date, HKIAC has handled 119 virtual hearings. In the 2021 Queen Mary University of London and White& Case International Arbitration Survey, in which HKIAC was the third preferred institution worldwide, respondents ranked support for virtual hearings as the most important adaptation that institutions can make.
